The report Employment, collective bargaining and the quality of industrial relations in the fisheries and aquaculture sector has been completed and will be presented at the final conference of the project. The report provides a snapshot of the state of the fisheries sector in Europe (fishing, aquaculture and processing) and a picture of the role of the trade unions and the functioning of collective bargaining at European level through the gathering and organisation of the most up-to-date information available in the literature.
